Welcome Center & Common Room
Step inside for a fireplace, huge big screen TV with satellite dish, sofas, card tables, and a kitchen area. The Common Room looks just like an expensive lodge! Read a book from the library, watch television, access the internet, play games, work puzzles, or just enjoy the company of your neighbors.
Pet Park
Your dear doggies will be safe in the lighted and fenced dog park. You can relax at the picnic table under the trees while they run around and play.
Walking Trail
Leash up your furry four-footed friends and stroll the mile-long walking trail that circles our ponds and meanders through the park. The scent of pine needles fills the air. Garden bridges cross the creek and lead you back to the Pet Park.
Private Ponds
The huge catch ‘n release ponds are stocked with bass, perch, and catfish. Sit quietly, enjoy nature, and watch turtles, bullfrogs, great white herons, kingfishers, bats, and ducks as they come to swim and drink from the ponds.
Outdoor Dining with a View
Relax as you grill your dinner under the towering trees. A large fire pit, two pergolas with community picnic tables and BBQ grills are located by the pond.
Security
Your safety is our priority. On-site management, controlled gated access, fenced perimeter, and security cameras mean you can rest easy.

Live music, dancing, food, and drink can be found at The Barn, an historic building in adjoining Barnwoods RV Park.
