Policies at Magnolia Forest RV Park

Arrival Times
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM * (Late arrival accepted with prior notice)

Deposits & Payments
1-night deposit required for reservation less than 1 week, at the time of purchase
A $200 deposit is required for weekly and monthly reservations, at the time of purchase
Payment for gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase

Children & Pets
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
Pets are welcome

Credit Card Security
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

Refunds/Cancellations
Magnolia Forest RV Park maintains a NO refund policy. ALL cancellations must be done via email. A $30.00 service charge will be added to all canceled reservations. Early departure is considered as a cancellation with no refund or credit voucher. Camping is an outdoor experience and according we do not offer refunds or credits due to the whim of Mother Nature.

Speed Limit
5 MPH. Off-road vehicles or motorized vehicles of any type are not allowed in the park.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Checks are accepted on monthly rentals only. Guests are required to pay appropriate fees on arrival.

Admission
RVs accepted based on year, condition and appearance. All RVs must be self-contained and RIVA approved (or Canadian equivalency). Check-in time is 1:00 P.M.; check-out time is 12 noon. We do not accommodate tents.

Trash
Please do not leave trash sitting out. Dumpsters are provided for household trash only. Please do not put furniture, appliances, lumber or metal in or around the dumpsters. Please do not throw paper, cigarette butts, charcoal, etc on the park grounds or in the ponds. “Don’t Mess with Texas”

Children
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the park.

Quiet Time
From 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., anything considered a nuisance will not be tolerated. Please, no running of generators or loud music. Please be considerate of others.

Camp Fires
Campfires are allowed in small screened patio fire pits only. No open fires are permitted during a county-wide burn ban.

Liability
Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property caused by fire, theft, accidents, or acts of God.

Site Occupancy
No more than four (4) adults may occupy one recreational vehicle.
